To download.....   

1. Right-click on the picture

2. Click on "Save image as...."

3. A file will open; on your computer, you can search for the desktop file or a picture file you want to save it in.

4. Add a ".jpg" to the end of the picture file

5. Click on "Save"   

6. You can copy the picture and duplicate it as you want.
